Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon – Fri)

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand.

Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM

Orders placed before 5:00 PM may begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will generally be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $25.00

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

No hidden shipping charges are applied beyond those disclosed during checkout.

Transit time begins after order processing has been completed and the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Wrong Address Responsibility

If an order has already entered processing or shipment stages, address modifications may not be possible.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses remain the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Calve is not responsible for carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Customers experiencing unusual delivery delays may contact customer support for assistance.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to:

• Incorrect addresses

• Refused deliveries

• Failed delivery attempts

may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Tracking updates are generated by shipping carriers and may require time to appear in carrier systems.

Force Majeure

Calve shall not be liable for shipping delays resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather

• Transportation disruptions

• Government actions

• Labor disputes

• Public emergencies
